XT Facilitator – Nationwide

We’re looking for teachers who are VERY enthusiastic about XT and VERY enthusiastic about seeing the XT community of users grow bigger and bigger. As an XT Facilitator, you’ll present XT Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced workshops to other XT users in your area. You’ll represent the XT brand and give other teachers the knowledge and skills to implement XT at their own schools. This is NOT a sales position. You will only work with existing XT customers who are interested in additional training and attending workshops.
Requirements:
- Have a good knowledge of XT.
- Be available between 15h00 – 17h00 on weekdays ONLY when there is an XT workshop scheduled (we schedule workshops around your availability). Expect to present between 1 – 3 workshops per month.
- Have the ability to handle and present to 20 – 25 teachers at a time.
- Daily access to your e-mail address.
- Be willing to travel up to 20 – 30 km’s (determined by the location of the school that is hosting the workshop).
- Be willing to write a short report on each workshop you present, as well as make recommendations for the content of future workshops.
- Have good written and verbal communication and people skills.
Each workshop follows a structured course. You will NOT be required to design your own workshops, but merely to present and facilitate by following the existing course structure.
