If you suspect that another visitor is breaching any of the above terms and conditions, you are requested to report such breach to info@evalunet.co.za.
Should you breach any of the above terms and conditions, EvaluNet shall be entitled, but not obliged to exercise any of its rights that it may have in law and respond to any complaint lodged by or against you accordingly.
All our terms and conditions and privacy policy shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
It is important to note that the EvaluNet/GetAhead/Make
IT BIG websites may contain links to external websites, however EvaluNet cannot be held responsible for the privacy and security practices or content of these external websites.
EvaluNet reserves the right to alter its terms and conditions regulating the relationship between you and EvaluNet at any time.
